Developed for inorganic processes: 'Cerabeads-M (artificial spherical sintered sand)'

Finally, high-strength ceramic beads compatible with inorganic processes have arrived!

"Serabiz-M" is a high-strength artificial spherical sintered sand suitable for inorganic processes. The composition is SiO2: 36.8%, Al2O3: 60.3%. The mineral composition is mullite. By using "CB-M" as the filling sand and "CB-ES" as the replenishing sand, it is possible to reduce the unit cost of the mold. [Features] ■ Spherical with many surface irregularities ■ Bulk density is close to silica sand ■ Resistant to particle crushing ■ Reusable *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Artificial spherical sintered sand "Cerabeads-ES"

High filling capacity! It has the same chemical components as Naigai Cerabeads, with high heat resistance and low thermal expansion rate.

"Serabiz-ES" is an artificial spherical sintered sand that achieves stable high strength moldability. Using carefully selected raw materials and conducting component adjustments, the chemical composition is stable. The refractoriness is 1,825°C (SK37), achieving high heat resistance. The structure consists of dense MULLITE crystals, excelling in wear resistance, crush resistance, and thermal shock resistance. [Features] - Contains chemical components equivalent to Naigai Cerabiz, offering high heat resistance and low thermal expansion. - High sphericity, excellent filling properties, and high mold strength. - The structure consists of dense MULLITE crystals, excelling in wear resistance, crush resistance, and thermal shock resistance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
